Consultation & Design Services
All design consultations and service engagements begin with an initial discussion to understand your needs. Based on that, we provide a proposal or estimate. Final costs may vary depending on changes in design preferences, materials, or scope during execution.
Once a project is confirmed, a formal agreement or work order will be shared with detailed timelines, deliverables, and payment terms.
Pricing, Payments & Refunds
All pricing shared during the proposal stage is indicative and may be revised based on customizations, material selections, or market fluctuations. A detailed quotation will be finalized and signed off on before project initiation.
Payments are to be made in agreed-upon milestones. Delay or failure to make payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
Please note that payments made for completed design phases, customized products, or services already rendered are non-refundable.
Ownership of Design & Deliverables
All custom designs, mood boards, or layout plans created by Classic Interiors remain our intellectual property until the full project amount is settled.
Upon completion and final payment, the client gains the right to use the design solely for the intended space. Reuse, resale, or duplication of designs for other projects is not permitted without written consent.
Project Timelines & Revisions
While we strive to meet all agreed timelines, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, including availability of materials, third-party vendor delays, or changes requested by the client.
Minor design revisions are included as part of the service. However, extensive changes or reworks after approvals may incur additional charges.
Limitation of Liability
Classic Interiors will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services.
Clients are expected to inspect all work upon completion and notify us of any concerns within 7 days. We will make reasonable efforts to address any genuine issues reported within that time.
Updates to Term

Governing Law
